This coin is from the Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: A Life in Three Acts series. The series celebrates Mozart’s musical genius and his impact on Austrian culture over the centuries.

Each coin in the series commemorates a different era in Mozart’s life. “Wolfgang”, the first coin, is dedicated to Mozart’s childhood as a “wunderkind”; “Amadeus”, the second coin, highlights his short but prolific adult life, which established his genius; “Mozart”, the third coin, focuses on his musical afterlife and the legend he became.
